Project Description

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical daily life of park-dependent community members at Woodruff Park in Midtown Atlanta, GA, USA through observations and interviews.

Goal: Gain context to support a solution that would improve the Woodruff Park experience for the park-dependents and the larger community.

My role in this project.

I was the primary field researcher for this project, and I spent a lot of time in the park, interviewing people and observing them. I created the maps and user flows presented in this portfolio. I co-created the personality persona with Aditi Bhatia.
